LabelDose is an independent data project: we cross-reference supplement label doses (from the NIH's official label database) against the doses used in published clinical trials, and say plainly which products meet them.
A label-transparency directory. Every score comes from the product's own label data in the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database (DSLD) compared against a cited, clinically studied dose — the same two sources you could check yourself, automated across thousands of products. Every product page links its DSLD source label.
We are not clinicians, and nothing here is medical advice. We do not sell supplements, and no brand pays for a score. Some outbound retail links are affiliate links; commissions never affect a score (the scoring is deterministic from label data — see methodology).
